January 2024
At Improvability AI, we often encounter a pivotal question: not why should I use AI, but how to best use AI - especially in my daily workflow. It’s been fun in 2023 writing a blog post in ChatGPT, marketing copy on Writer.com or dreaming up a new image on Midjourney - but how can AI really save me considerable time (and money) in my daily workflows
And most importantly…can I trust the data in the answers?
This is particularly relevant for professionals in sustainability, climate, ESG, and supply chain fields, where the demands of compliance, regulation, and the pursuit of innovative solutions for challenges like decarbonization are ever-growing.
Our teams at Improvability AI have been working with our customers - many of whom are working in the sustainability and climate sector - on so many practical ways to use Improvability AI, we thought we’d give you a list of the 30 key AI prompts to use in your daily work - because in AI, it’s all about tailoring the prompts correctly to get the best results.
These prompts are designed to streamline your daily workflows, enhance reporting efficiency, improve discoverability, and assist in identifying novel solutions.
Build your private secure AI knowledge library and then use prompts to supercharge your work
With Improvability you can build your own AI knowledge library, that the AI will query first. Add files - PDFs, Docs, CSVs etc. What’s different with us is that library doesn’t disappear after 30 days or when you logout; you can download docs you’ve uploaded to the database; and files can be up to 1Gb in size.
Also like Scale.com, we focus on removing hallucinations from data, so you can trust in the results. A great example of this is in this video where we ask the system to return exact waste management data for a company - and compare it with other platforms. And while our models are trained specifically on sustainability, ESG and Climate data - you can use the platform in a wider context as well - for example with all your supply chain data.
And because we are Generative AI native. Improvability doesn’t suffer from the legacy software issues and complexity that existed before Generative AI. Even though legacy software is trying to bolt it onto their complicated User Interfaces, it doesn’t really work - you have to native from the ground up to be cost effective and fast with Generative AI.
If you're an existing customer, who has been building a knowledge library with us, you can use these prompts to help on reporting, discover new solutions, analyze your supply chain and so much more. If you're not a customer yet - well why not join us right now?
Without further ado, let's dive into the list of the top 30 AI prompts from Improvability AI, each carefully curated to maximize your professional impact in the realm of sustainability.

So this is where we can really help you. Upload your data from any supplier management tool that you have for tracking and assessing supplier performance. While our models are specifically trained on sustainability/ESG and climate data, they can also work with any supplier data. So for example if you have Ecovadis or other data just upload it.
Note: if you are having trouble getting supplier data, especially Tier 2 or 3 suppliers, or find Ecovadis to be too expensive or slow - you can use our Sustainability ID module to get the data. It’s brand new, a dynamic transparent and free way to source the data, and suppliers can get badges and web pages to showcase their progress. We only charge to verify the data, but not to collect it.
